Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. All subscription fees are non-refundable except as expressly provided herein or required by law.

To request a refund, contact our Billing team at billing@echologhq.com within 14 days of the charge. Include your account ID, transaction details, and reason for the request. We will acknowledge within 2 business days and complete processing within 10 business days of approval.

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in account suspension. We ask that you first reach out to our Billing team to resolve any issues.

We reserve the right to modify this Policy at any time. We will post changes with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of amendments to this Policy.
